Anti-bacterial lacquering can be applied on all exposed timber faces, so lippings (edges), glazing beads and any hardwood frames and architraves. This results in a premium, high-quality doorset. Both finishes are easy to clean, durable, resilient to regular maintenance and cleaning regimes, and highly resistant to impact, wear, heat and staining. For more sensitive environments like emergency room doors, or those when are in high-traffic areas, we recommend PVC-encapsulated doorsets which wrap all doorset aspects in a 1.5mm-2mm impact-resistant PVC.
